The king mackerel or kingfish is a fish that may have a poor reputation because of its high levels of mercury, but it can actually be quite delicious! Kingfish is high in omega-3 fatty acids despite its low total fat content. It also contains protein, vitamin B12, and selenium. Coconut milk and curry go well together.
