Here’s What You Need:

  • Ground Beef 250 grams
  • Red Small Onion diced
  • Small Capsicum diced
  • Green Chilis 4 pcs diced
  • Cauliflower Florets 250-300 grams
  • Olive oil (Extra Virgin)
  • Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons
  • A bit of water
  • Dash of Lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (Optional)

Time to Cook our Pan-Fried Chili Beef and Cauliflower

  1. Pour about 2 tablespoons olive oil into a cooking pan and heat it up. After that, add your ground beef and cook it in a pan.
  1. Make a space in your cooking pan for the onion, capsicum, and green chilis. Caramelize them briefly, then stir everything together beautifully.
  1. Accordingly, you can add olive oil and/or water to prevent the mixture from becoming too dry. Next, you can add the cauliflower florets. And season soy sauce to taste.
  1. You may also season it with salt and pepper, but be careful with the salt because you’ve already used soy sauce. Add dashes of lemon juice for sharpness. Cover until the cauliflower florets are tender.
  1. Finally, serve it with basmati rice on the side or on top of the rice in a bowl.
