Quick Tips:

  • Better to always use extra virgin oil for healthier home cooking.
  • The best Nori Seaweeds I can suggest for you to can buy Bibigo.
  • After searing the chicken, don’t wash the pan. Instead, reuse it to cook the rest of the recipe. All the flavors of the chicken are in there, and this will add taste to the dish.
  • You may also use cream. I cooked this, not having cream available in our pantry, so I managed with the milk.
  • Better to remove the chicken skin to lessen fat and make it healthier.

Chicken breast is an excellent source of lean protein. At the same time, capsicum is a natural anti-oxidant packed with vitamins and minerals too. Now, white mushrooms have cancer-fighting properties, cholesterol-lowering effects, and can improve gut health. Try my easy Milky Stir Fry Chicken and Veggies, and let me know what you think! Stay safe and healthy, Lounger!
