Fifteen Minutes Prep & Cooking – Good for 1-2 Servings!

Here’s what you need:

  • Two pcs Marrows
  • One tablespoon butter
  • One teaspoon olive oil
  • One canned Tuna
  • One small onion
  • Two cloves garlic
  • Two pcs green chillis.
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Time to Cook our tasty, quick Tuna-Marrow Recipe!

  1. Pan fry your marrows with olive oil and butter until you get some brownish edges.
  2. Add and saute your onions, garlic, and chilis in your cooking pan.
  3. Add your favorite canned tuna and dash it with lemon juice to give an excellent sharp taste.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Give a nice mix!
  5. Serve it with your favorite salad on the side.
