- 500 grams of ground beef
- 200 grams carrots chopped
- 200 grams potato chopped
- 150 grams green capsicum chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ cup water

- Set aside after quickly pan-frying the potato and carrots until half cooked.
- Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan, then sauté the garlic and onion.
- Stir in the ground beef constantly to ensure even cooking.
- Cook for 3 minutes after adding the capsicum. Mix in the potatoes and carrots.
- Season with ketchup and oyster sauce, then add water gradually.
- Allow it to cook for at least 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
