Who does love heavy traffic? I bet no one except me if I am on my favorite road! Yes, it sounds crazy, I may be late at work or whatever, who cares? Lol. E11 Road in Dubai is my kind of Road. E11 is commonly known as Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) is my favorite road indeed. It never fails to mesmerize me.
SZR links the two biggest cities in UAE – Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It’s a 14 lanes high-way, and this is the main route in Dubai. The magnificent buildings along this high-way never stopped making me stunned. In the Northwest Side you will see some of beautiful structures such as The Fairmont Dubai, The Monarch Office Tower, Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha, Crowne Plaza Hotel Tower, Shangri-La Hotel, and more. While in the Southeast Side, you will see World Trade Centre Residence, Emirates Office Tower, Dusit Dubai, Al Yaquob Tower, and others.
I usually passed by here through train, the Dubai Metro passes SZR everyday from 6 AM to 12 AM approximately. This high-way reminds me how advance our technology is and how brilliant a human mind has. The designs of each buildings illustrate the advancement of UAE and its partners in terms of engineering and constructions.
I usually see a lot of sports cars passes on this road. You’ll see different well-known brands such as Porsche, Chevrolet, McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and yes, they use them as normal cars. Whoa! How I wish that Fast and Furious will make a movie one day passing this E11 collaborating with the Dubai Police!! It’s gonna be a heart pumping movie ever!! 😁💯
What really amaze me is that you will get to see different walks of life passing through this high-way. You’ll get to travel with variety of nationalities – Arabs, Westerns, Asians, Africans, and more. They are harmoniously coping with one another embracing the beauty of Life in the City.
